This town, 75 kilometers north of Bordeaux, is bordered by the Gironde Estuary, where the vines find a particularly pleasant climate to thrive. Since 1755, generations of the same family have followed one another on this property. Patrick Gillet’s ancestors chose Saint Christophe as the name of the castle because, until 1770, it was the original name of the town, later renamed Saint-Christoly du Médoc. Since then, the same passion lives on the owners who have succeeded one another. Work in the vines on the banks of the Gironde is above all a family affair.

Château Lestage Chevillon is one of them. Airy, warm, it has the firm tannins of the nectars of this terroir. Its delicate woodiness will go well with dishes in sauce and mature cheeses

Château LES TROIS MANOIRS
Formerly called Les Trois Tétons, Château les Trois Manoirs is an estate in the Médoc owned, operated and distributed by the Cruchon family.
In 1956, as a result of the frost, almost all of the vineyards were lost.
Jean Taudin, Frédéric Cruchon’s grandfather, replanted the vines and he then created the Saint Roch cellar in Queyrac with a group of winegrowers.
He will remain president for about thirty years.
There, he has the wine of Château Les Trois Manoirs vinified there, as regards the cellars they were or are currently located Lestage Chevillon.
In 2005, after the death of his Grandfather, Frédéric took over the vineyard, The vinification of Château Les Trois Manoirs was produced at Château Chantemerle

Family property of around thirty hectares of vines, the gravelly, sandy and clay-limestone soils make up the different plots of very different ages ranging from young plantation to over 50 years old. That’s why we can make great quality wines.
Cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc and merlot are worked all year round with the greatest care to give grapes which will reach perfect maturity.
Since the birth of the estate, the harvest has been produced entirely on the property. Each year we make improvements and improvements aimed at further increasing the quality of our wines.
Several vintages have been rewarded with medals obtained in various competitions.
